Commercial art studios generate original works of art. Many of these works of art are used by the client but the original work is owned by the creator. Title registration of the work will clarify ownership. However if the client owns the artwork then they would appreciate the documentation of title ownership of the work.

As an affiliate the agency or studio would receive $4.oo of the $10.00 registration fee for each work that is registered.

When you purchase original art and numbered prints for your clients. A certificate of title registration would be of value to your clients too.

Become an Affiliate
Your firm can become an NFATR Affiliate and receive a Web Address with a code number from our computer. You then collect $4 of the $10 registration fee each time a work of art is registered or transferred under your unique Web Address.

Each work of art or numbered print that is registered with National Fine Arts Title Registry will receive a registration number unique to that work of art, establishing owner and value. When the work is sold to another, a transfer of title can take place, and the buyer becomes registered as the new owner of the registered work of art.

You may want to print out the Price Card version of the Title Registration to display the asking price with the work.
