Registering Clients’ Art
Your clients can register their works of art •by clicking on the NFATR link on your Web site, OR
•by going to your Affiliate Web Address
If you want to help them register a work of art, here’s how:
• Log in at AFFILIATE LOGIN
• When logged in, click on “Add New Owner”
• Enter the required information for your client
• Write down your full Affiliate Web Address and the client’s password for him/her to take home
• When finished, print out a Registration Certificate for each registered work of art and have the client sign it.
• Make copies if the client wants you to keep documentation in their insurance file.

Each work of art or numbered print that is registered with National Fine Arts Title Registry will receive a registration number unique to that work of art, establishing owner and value. When the work is sold to another, a transfer of title can take place, and the buyer becomes registered as the new owner of the registered work of art.
