Affiliates receive a $4 royalty
from each $10 fee

How it works:
• After you have registered as an Affiliate, go to your unique
Web Address such as
fineartstitle.com/0089
by logging in.

• Click "Add New Owner" or enter Transfer Title information.
• Enter new owner’s art and credit card information
• Print out registration for owner’s signature.

• The customer now has an online portfolio.
• No fees, No accounting, No paperwork.

• Receive $4 of the $10 registration fee. Payment is sent to you each quarter.

As an Affiliate, your organization automatically receives a $4 royalty from each $10 fee when an art owner goes through your Affiliate Web Address to register art or transfer title. Putting a NFATR link on your own site makes it very easy for your supporters to do just that.

It is an ongoing fundraiser year after year. Your supporters gain a valuable service, and your organization collects royalties automatically each quarter!

Your supporters will find it valuable to register their fine art to:

  • Create secure, off-site records for insurance purposes and estate planning
  • Document authenticity (begin provenance) for future owners
  • Enhance value with a certificate showing national database registration
  • Print a Certificate of Registration for each work

NFATR provides Marketing Materials customized for non-profits, so much of the work is done for you. For instance:

  • organizations such as museums can hand out a flyer with each admission ticket
  • you can email your membership using wording and a coded link we provide
  • put your customized NFATR “ad” in your organization’s newsletter or use it as a direct mail piece

After you submit your application, your “Welcome” page will appear with information on how to use all of the NFATR functions.

Each work of art or numbered print that is registered with National Fine Arts Title Registry will receive a registration number unique to that work of art, establishing owner and value. When the work is sold to another, a transfer of title can take place, and the buyer becomes registered as the new owner of the registered work of art.

You may want to print out the Price Card version of the Title Registration to display the asking price with the work.
